By Nov 2023, the Head of Design had departed. As the most senior designer, I stepped up to take on design operations, ensuring high-quality design outputs and pods remained unblocked.

The starting point
Mydoh design team has monthly retrospectives. Challenges were surfaced through Dec 2023’s Product Design retro across product experience, (design) purpose, and process.
A synthesis of the challenge areas led to ideation of key focus areas and solutions that have been prioritized.
